It arrived broken... i called, and got ahold of Phil, the owner? Anyway, he seemed "upset', that i would complain about his tool, and didnt believe it was broken. Said hes sold tens of thousands with no complaints. Weird, cause ive researched around couldnt find anyone who owns one... he tell me go ahead and ship it back and he'll send another if it is broken. Ok, you're paying shipping right Phil? Nope! 60lbs is not cheap to ship! I explained how the design didn't seem up to the task, and asked him to send me one their traditional type shears... they're actually cheaper, and i need to get some work done. He says, nope cant do that. If you want to return it theres a 15% restocking fee, and THEN you can purchase another tool.
Long story short, paypal took care of it, im getting my money and Phil gets his named spread around so everyone knows how he and his company treats their customers. Woodward fab aka heck industries... go fuck yourselves.

There ya go

I hate to say it, but the majority of the stuff I see there is Chinese stuff. There are a few products that actually say "Made in USA" on them. The Chinese stuff is cast out of crap. We ordered a 52 inch brake from them a few years back and it came in broke on the pallet when we pulled the plastic off. Whatever you do, NEVER buy one of those 3 in 1 machines, unless you are only making light gauge cake pans. They suck. As for that "Metal Ace" english wheel, here's a pic of what we are doing with ours this week. That's before it's all the way done. It won't keep enough pressure on to move 2024 T3 clad aluminum sheet. It's worthless for anything but annealed material. We told them it was junk when it showed up.
I wish I had the picture I have of Joe Martin's home made english wheel. He moves steel with it like butter.

I'll thank you buddy! Cutting and pasting is a chore!

no worries. It wasn't just cut and paste though. He'd got the HTML code wrong at the ends [/IMG] so I rewrote them and pasted them.

I don't normally expect thanks but since he'd gone out of his way to thank you I wondered why I was invisible ?:D
