Does anyone know what this is called?

Around the 4 minute mark he uses some kind of bender. I've searched for hours and can't find anything close to it. Anybody know the actual name of the tool?

I love Cumberland Gap. Not sure if I like it more before or after the drastic change there though. I was born in Pineville.

^ Small world! I was born in Prestonsburg. Moved to Cumberland Gap area when I was little, though. Cumberland Gap has its ups and downs. Great little town but it sure is limited (which may be a good thing?).
