I saw an add for a 1972 Yamaha LS2 the other day, answered the ad only to be told he'd sold it a month earlier. Argh!
The YamahaLS2 was only made for one year, it was 100cc two stroke twin. Not particularly fast but something I''ve wanted to bet my hands on again.
I had one given to me about 35 years ago and silly me, pulled the motor out of it and made a bush buggy. If only I'd know how rare they were.
I remember pulling the motor down, it was a work of art, and what a great mini cafe racer this would make.
