dose it look leaky to you?

Is it me or dose it look like a really bad leaky head gasket to you? if it is leaking a decent amount should I be worried if I was to buy it? I assume not if he just kept the oil level up but not 100% sure.
the bike has 25,000 miles on it.

Tough call. Could be a digital camera aberration from the kickstarter shadow, or a clump of oily/dirty junk wedged into the fin gap, strangely 1 fin gap below the headgasket fingap.

I'd ask for better close-up pics...
