double checking tire sizing

I've decided to go with 17" motard wheels on my build. I've did a lot of searching, but it's like reading Chinese. Basically, I just want to double check the tire size I'm using will work.

I'll be running xs hubs on excel rims 17x4.25 rear and 17x3.5 front.

The tire size will be 140/60/17 for rear and 120/70/17 front. Will there be a clearance issue? I'll be running w/out a front fender and have a David Byrd hardtail.
