That bike looks chunky as hell! I love it. I'm working on a similar type build and wonder where you found your rear shocks. The best thing I could find was a set intended for a honda rebel, they do the job of lowering the bike but they are chrome and super gaudy.
I like the build alot, this is what I planned on doing to my 81 with regard to the back half of the bike. Did you alter the rear fender? What battery did you end up using? If you could, post some pictures of the electrical box, seat that would be greatly appreciated.
