Had some on my ol' panhead. Thin outlets gave it a *pfft* *pfft* sound.

Were they loud? Or just that whispery sound. I want to run them for looks but i also want my pipes to be loud.

I think a lot has to do with the outlet opening size. Mine were very thin. DaddyG's look to be much more open...

That is exactly how I pictured my exhaust. I know even if i dont like them i can take them off or cut them off and keep the same shape, i just dont want to throw any more money away changing my mind on things haha! I sounds pretty nice to me and looks great!

Did you make that yourself? or you bought the tip. Either way, i would like to know how to make them OR where to buy them for a decent price. I dont want to throw away tons of money on them since im not building a show bike. More like a rat chopper.

Thanks! Found a video of it running but I'm having problems downloading it. If you want loud, dual fishtails are where it's at. No baffles straight out the back. Pretty sure I have stock jets too. Uni Pod (foam) filters.
Thanks! Yes I do. Type in "Wheel covers" in the garage forum search engine. I'm having problems with my iPhone and iPad devices this morning for a link. Honestly, hole saw bits are expensive. I'd bought several mag wheels so it payed off. I've found 19" aluminum pans for the front but haven't got around to making them yet. I won't make them for anyone only because a person has to be careful mounting them. I don't want any liability and want a clear conscious. Haha!
