fitting TZR250 ends?

Hi Board, I have a '78 SE that I am thinking about fitting a more modern front and rear end for a more up-to-date roadster feel (and look). Scouring fleabay in UK has thrown up some interesting possibilities, one of which is a complete front and rear end off a TZR 250: smaller than I had been thinking, but have any of you been down this particular road? Don't know if the parts are going to be chunky enough?? Any thoughts welcome!

Hi Shakey

How did you get on with raising the back end? I've got a 77 650 custom, (smaller rear wheel) and want to raise the rear end for a better line, possibly lower the forks too.
