Foot pegs from mid stance??

I was looking to change my mid stance foot pegs to high stance so its more comfortable on the highway. Can anyone link me to where I can buy high stance footpegs? Thank you I have an 81 xs650 special 2

I can't fathom high mids being comfortable at all. Do you mean putting the pegs a little forward? I see those Japanese bikes with the high mids, and although they look nice, ide prefer not eating my kneecap
