Hi Barry,
best case, it'll drop right on and ride nice.
Worst case, you'll have to swap the Seca 'trees onto the XS650 steering stem and it'll handle funny.
Compare it's fork length & 'tree to stem distance with those on your XS650 to get an idea of potential handling differences,
preferably before you spend your money.
