Front ends that can be swapped on 81 XS650 SII

Hey im trying to do a Cafe bike with my 1981 XS650 SII. i want to reduce the weight and part of that i would like to get a better front end for a cafe style motorcycle. And suggestions? Are there any that can swap/bold right in place or is there major fabrication involved? i would like a lighter, and "less" chopper like look. what would be the easiest swap??

ok will do, iv seen some but its confuses me lol, im looking for one that would be best for a cafe racer? it doesn't have to be new or off a sport bike just something to get that look/ feel.
