Hey for what it's worth, I'm always messing with my screws trying to get the best result, and I'm never satisfied, ha ha. BUT, I have found the perfect tool- I use an eyeglasses screwdriver. It's short enough to fit up under the tank and the flathead fits the screw slot perfectly. My .02.
