More through dumb luck than planning, I have ZERO debt other than a car payment. No mortgage, no credit card debt, no loans...nada.

It's a wonderful feeling.

You guys brought it up, I was thinking about it, but here it is. MONTHLY PAYMENTS, I have none, other than utilities, phone and internet I owe no one. When I'm gone there will be none of that legal estate BS. I don't even pay for garbage pick up, not that I hoard garbage, it's all taken care of. With "Excellent Credit" I could borrow any amount I want, just not my way. Like Downeaster said, It's a wonderful feeling.
