Castor oil smells like speed to me. I put a couple of capfuls of Castrol R30 in the tank of the XS when I know I will be riding with others, older guys know what the smell is.
Sometimes I put some in the lawnmower as well it seems to make the job less of a chore.

I run "bean oil" in my RD400 as well. It's the best smell! I've actually had guys pull up next to me in a pickup and ask if I'm running castor oil, because they were following me and could smell it. Just about anyone who loves engines loves that smell!
