I am beginning this swap soon as well. I am using a set of 93-95 GSXR 750 forks. I need a lower tree though, anyone know what years are compatible, if any? Or know a good resource for finding this out?
Everyone, here is where we're at! Working with Ian Halcott, a well known Cafe builder.
Gsxr showa front end, yoshi built 650 bored and stroked to 750, yzf450 rear hub, Buchanan sun rims.
DB90 how's your search going? The first gen gsxr USD forks are pretty much there own thing from what I've seen. I'm in the middle of installing 94 750 forks on my 75 and I can't even find a top nut for the tripple tree.

My search is actually done haha. I was able to identify the year of my forks and found a lower tree and axle on Fleaby! Now i just need the conversion bearings for the neck and a wheel spacer and im done with the swap!
I was able to re-use the top bearings (already swapped to rollers) ordered the lowers from allballs. I found with the speedometer drive I needed a 12mm spacer.
