What does everyone use when jigging rear axle (20mm) and motor mounts (10mm)? I can't find metric I.d tubing anywhere! Can some one help with a couple pics of their axle plate jigs.?
Thanks for the picture, that looks like all thread Slipped through some tubing. I've got 20mm all thread to line up my axle plates but I can't seem to find tubing with 20mm I.d. to make a fixture!?!? Anyone understand me?
we just used whatever we had that was closest. i didnt do the welding and most the setup and shit was done by my friend. when i do it again i most likely would do it different, a little more precise. i know quite a bit more now. but in the end my bike runs straight down the road, so im happy with it.
and also we used these to keep the axle plates aligned.
