Headlight dimming at 3000 rpm's...

I had a headlight do this because of vibration. Im not saying you dont have a voltage issue but dont rule out simple problems.

Katmol, did you ever resolve your issue?

Haven't had a chance to resolve it it yet. Had a little neck surgery about a month ago so I've been kind of laid up. I did get a chance to check the voltage while it was "running with the battery disconnected". Around 12.5 @1500rpm and around 14 @ 4000rpm. No drop at all. I'm sure I find something in the headlight bucket when I get a chance to dig into it.

Bump for potential information. I'm having a similar problem. I'll be checking the voltage soon and post what I find here.
