Help I'm on the side of the road

If anyones awake i'm on the side of the road comming home from work. The bikes been running good now the light was dimming as I got into the higher rpms. I pulled over and checked the battery with my voltage meters and the battery read 11.7 it started and at 2500 it starts to charge
But is fluctuating but not over 12.3. Its kinda reading all over the place. If anyone has a quick answer that would be great. Ryan. Thanks for any help.

an upstanding member Alfredo helped me out. I got it sorted. It was a brush setting funky on the rotor. Thanks man.
