HELP, Switch to first gear went all wrong

Leaking oil, maybe a loose front sprocket.
Blocking, maybe one (or more) transmission damper springs broken.

Guessing you all won't be able to see the picture but my pushrod is a bit bent. It's not too bad though so I put it back in and changed my oil. Bike is working fine. Is it a bad idea to drive it?

You're going to need a pushrod and a new pushrod seal. The slightest bend and your clutch adjustment will never be quite right.

Get 2 pushrod seals because all of us always wreck the first one we replace.

Check the pushrod for play, most of the times you have to renew the bearing behind it as well.
