hi guys a few years ago,, while i lived in orbost.. i was after a 250cc to get my licence.. rather than getting fines... so i hooked up the trailer and went bike hunting,,, and BOY ..are there bike shops that wanted to sell just piles of shit... i got to morwell and isaw a sweet looking srx250 turbo standard.. 1985 that yamaaha did make but back then in victoria they only sold a couple or so.. and sent them packing this bike was a weapon .. it weighed in 113kg.. with 4500k on the clock in beautifull condition .. and reved to 17000 rpm.. i could do orbost to marlo in a flat 10mins... and get off with a huge grin from ear to ear .. it used to sleep at the end of my bed for about 12 months .. it was a shame to get dust on it .. and i,ve never ever been able to find another nice 1 regards oldbiker
