how change my avatar and ads with http

wanted to change my avatar clicked on it wanted to take pic from my album couldnt figure it out. second when i sell something and try to ad images asks for http adresss all my photos in computer are just in a library with names and it dosent load them i have to create albums what im listing thanks for any help.Andrew

Your avitar needs to be very small The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).
