How to remove bolts?

Hey guys, since im going to powder coat the engine.. im trying to remove the bolts from the top end, mid and cyl. BUT i cant remove the bolts, how do i ? which tool can i use.. ex: the exhaust bolt, valve cover bolts etc.. thanks!

Dis-regard.. remove stud using 2 bolts. same way of installing. thanks!
