not too bad for $100 id say. motor looks like a fresh rebuild but never fired...everything hasnt been put back together yet but there is fresh sealant everywhere.

My head clamps look like this, those are different.

Sure they will, That engine/carbs look like 81 special so that's probably what the bike is.
but even if it's a standard frame (if there is a frame?) only difference is the frame mounts, not hard to change or adapt to a special.

That looks to be an aftermarket replacement exhaust, probably a MAC.
