I'm new here, I bought my xs a few weeks ago and then started an online search for xs forums. I found a few that just didnt jive and have settled here. This forum is busier, easier to navigate and use and I just wanted to say....Thanks for having me!

the shop is in Friendswood, texas and thanks for the kind words.
The pictures are coming soon. Last week it was a factory fresh 81 xs 650 w/ 6k original miles on it, today it is cut in half, new rear structure built. Its a mono air ride system off of a Kawi zx-6, with swing arm extended 3" and up 1", solo seat, vintage wassell tank, upside down clubmans and blah blah blah....should be finished and running in less than a week and ride like a caddy. Then this winter I will tear it down and do some wild powder on it.

That sounds awesome. Kinda what I had in mind with the two ends of a SV650 I have. Except you are doing and I am just dreaming.
