Identify my forks /wheel

I just bought a frame (was imported from the USA in 1999) fitted with non-XS 43mm forks & brake,and an Akront rim ..Can anyone identify the forks/wheel/brake ?
The rear wheel hub is a slightly different profile to standard XS issue too...Any ideas?

No clue on the forks but the rear wheel may be from the TX750 twin. Does the brake look like the one on the right ? .....

No mate,I did wonder that but its a standard 650 brake-plate...

Well, turn out the front end is off a late-model Hinkley Triumph.. Looks pretty good but not my cup of tea so Ill be outing it..
