Hi angus,
how are the coffee purists on Keurig machines? We were given the expensive non-hazardous model for Christmas, just as the environmentalist "discarded Keurig modules are going to destroy the planet" blitz hit the media.
I cut up a used module to see what the fuss was about.
Aluminum top, plastic body, paper filter and coffee grounds that'd need to be separated into four different recycle streams.
So yeah, it's a bit of a hassle but look at the scope for a clever inventor to build an automated Keurig separator device.
But why make an acrylic window when you can buy a spare XS650 oil sight glass window and install it in a valve cover?
