I have never been to Bali - just using a translator app. Have you tried adjusting the cam chain? When installing a new chain, it is common for them to stretch and need re-adjusting after a short distance.

Again, after a fresh rebuild it is common to need to re-adjust the cam chain and valves after a rather short distance. I'd recommend adjusting both those items: inatke valve clearance .08mm, exhaust clearance .15mm, cam chain plunger flush with adjusting bolt all at TDC position
