intro: my very first bike

I am new to street bikes but have been riding off road all my life. Just bought a 1980 XS650S for $600.00 only running on the left cylinder. Got it home and got that issue figured out, right carb all clogged up. With that figured out I started the tear down. Was going hard tail then I saw the bike on visual impacts site and changed my mind. Here are some pics as of today.

Looks good. Be sure to sell the parts you don't use, I'm sure someone will want that seat.
