Is this an XS?

Tricky to get much details: the tank/badge smell of Triumph, as does the header balance pipe and silencers. But the rubber mounted instruments on the fork crown, the unshrouded fork tubes and the Lockeed-lookalike disc and caliper on the left fork seem to make it a post '73 Trumpet - mebbe a T140V Bonnie or Trophy equivalent. Shame he didn't get a tight shot; can't see the oil leaks. *

*Cheap joke: one of my favourite bikes was a '69 T100R Daytona. Nobody ever accused it of being too oil tight, though.

It's a Triumph, but I ain't old enough to tell you which one. I know which one won 2 AMA races this past weekend at Sears Point (Infenion)
