Jetting question

I was wondering what I should jet my
Carbs to I have a 75 that's all stock system
Minus the filters and exhaust. The exhaust is open and the carbs have about 5 inches before reaching the 4.5 x 1 inch pan filters. It hits about thirty then bogs out. Thanks.

You start with the stock jetting, test it, depending on the test results adjust as indicated, retest adjust as indicated.
There is no set recipe on jetting.
www.amckayltd.com/carbguide.pdf has tuning how to in it.
Generally one up on the pilots, one or two up on the mains. Adjusting the idle air mix screws as needed.
Test, adjust, test. The only way to get it right.
