I've never been good at documenting my builds, so I figured I'd give it a shot with this thread.

I cut up a frame I had laying around, in preparation for gluing on a Voodoo Vintage hard tail.

I'm super happy with the hard tail. I was going to take the stretch out of it but after putting it all together I don't mind it all.

Started tossing some parts on it do for a little mock up. The rear wheel will stay, I've got a new 23 with mini drum for the front, and I had to rework the VC fork covers to get a better fit out of them. Also shown is the Old school Speed top tree I'll be using.

One of my good homies (owner and operator of champco) on frame clean up.

Here is the tank I picked up for it. It will end up being gloss black with an offset gloss white JSC crown.

Got a couple of these Lucas headlights on a barn find I scored. Decided to flip it and run it out of the norm. I dig the look with the fork covers.

Another mock up session...

This is the 23 I'll be running, springer mini drum, stainless spokes on a chrome rim. New dirt tire on it and it's good to go!

I'll be running my Gen 2 mids with the flip peg adapters and these yamaha folding pegs. I'm actually launching a Gen 2 lite version and those will ultimately be on here.

These are the Force Upsweeps pipes that I sell on my site. I'll be running a modified version of these with the pipes ending about 3 foot above the fender.

Welding up some pipes.

Spent some time last weekend machining some parts for my jockey shift set up. (a little before and after shot here) I also made the good luck shift Knob I'll be using.

uploadfromtaptalk1392476912794.jpg

Here a pic of the shifter fully assembled. Real happy with this piece.

uploadfromtaptalk1392477005579.jpg

Said shifter on the bike. I'll be using one of Irish_prick's worm gear mods to make this all work.

So made up some of my Panzers for my build. I made them as skinny as possible. 8 inch rise, 1 inch pull back.

A little front end porn for ya...

Yes you do son! Although I just bought a new house (I close near the end of March) and it has a 40x50 finished pole barn. This will become JSC headquarters. It's about 4 times the size of the shop I'm in now. So you should roll by when I get that set up. It's also on 2 acres so perfect for some chopper parties!

I'm planning on rolling to lowbrows swap but it really depends on how much I get done this week. You rolling?? Thought you were coming up here this weekend?

Awesome man. I've got another set of guts to send out to you this week. Text me the specs for your bars and I'll knock this out this week. Stoked to get your set up on my site!

Motor is ready to go. Hughs PMA, pamco, new Pistons, rings, honed, sparx cap, the only thing left to do is replace the drain plug and right side gasket. Lastly I'll swap out all the wiring with some wizard wire if anyone is familiar with that.

Also if anyone has any suggestions for a seat I'm all ears...

My thought is a rigid mounted solo seat (all black with my crown logo cut out with zebra fur to fill the crown void) and a p-pad (all black) pushed really close for a little back support.

Put in some work over the weekend.

Machined this three piece axle spacer combo.

Here is the completed front end. Forks lowered 2 inches, headlight mounted, and 23 fit to the stock forks

I've had this crazy sissy bar idea in my head for months, finally got to make it a reality.

uploadfromtaptalk1396874867621.jpg

Double sissy bar with a floating fender. I'm super happy with this look.

uploadfromtaptalk1396874937721.jpg

Dan at Pandemonium makes all of my exhaust build kits for me and the pipes I make so this is an altered version of my Force upsweeps that I sell.

Also got the motor in and mounted, rear tire mounted and spaced and the chain on. Just a few more pics to put to the frame and we're done!

A couple things I've decided to nix are the jockey shift and electronics box. I'll add the jockey shift to the bike once I know it's a solid runner, not so much for a stash box. I was worried that the space under the seat was going to be an eye sore, but after the pipes fender and sissy bar were mounted I think it looks great as is.

Are you going to be running a starter with this? I built a little box that opens down to fit where the starter mounts. It holds my sparx, 3 fuses, and on/off and light switches. The reg/rec mounts on the bottom and swings open with it. You can find pictures in my build or I can post some if you would like.
