I'm looking for a front sprocket that I can use to make a offset sprocket with
Anyone have one they would be willing to drop in a envelope for me?
Thanks

I will post some pictures of what I figure out... Basically planning on removing all the old teeth from sprocket and using it as a spacer. Welding the two together, we shall see how it goes. It always makes perfect sense in my head!

There may be some issues with welding hardened sprockets, cracking would be one concern. high nickel content cast iron filler, preheat and careful slow cooling and then peening may help and should be considered. Farm and fleet sells weldable sprockets and centers. I don't know how well they would hold up to high speed use or if their 50 size is "good enough to fit 530 chain. I probably have an offset sprocket in my future as well, so I am very interested in this.
