left cylinder will not fire when choke is on. After it warms up for a bit, and you push the choke back in it starts firing. This is an issue because I assume it is just washing the cylinder. Any ideas?

Had the same problem on mine. turned out to the the choke circuit that cylinder's carb. There is a little hole/passage in the float bowl that needed to be cleaned. Check page 31 of the carb guide in the tech section for more info.

Yep, there is a brass enricher tube that goes into the bowl. If it is blocked, then the enriched cannot pull gas. Many times this port in the bowl gets very clogged.

Can't find pg # 31 in Carb Section?

It is the carb guide found here.

Note 5twins warns it is non-replaceable.
If you go to poking round in it with something too hard and too big you will hog it out.
This will fluck it up beyond repair. The Dr. can't add a stitch to take up slack.
It isn't one size fits all like other things you stick big hard stuff in.
Carb cleaner in a can and compressed air usually does the trick.
Alternate blowing in the opposing holes.
Also be aware carb cleaner can and will blind you.
SAFETY first. Wear eye protection or with the holes pointed away from you use a mirror to check flow.
