They do look like they are off an R6 now that you say that. Yeah, from what I have read there aren't any inverted forks that are a direct swap, but either way that looks great man! I can't stop staring at your bike

Here is my '77. I bought it new in March '78. Have enjoyed it for almost 37 years!
Jardine 2 into 1 muffler, Gary Bang large-finned aluminum header clamps, Koni shocks, drilled brake disc, VM-34 Mikunis, K&N filters,
Side covers modified to fit around filters, Halogen Light, superbike handlebars (with "Bar-Snake), in this photo (recently changed back to stock bars) Tapered roller bearings in steering head. Home-made crankcase breather.
All unnecessary cast letters like "Kickstarter", and numbers like the shift pattern around the shift-shaft have been ground off and the cases polished.

Long time reader of this great forum. Finally found my XS this weekend! $1200. It had an electrical problem that I sorted out the same day. 1980

My bike (like most) is a work in progress, but its about time I put a picture up on this thread.

Lucky to be in a place where I can ride daily

Hey thanks, I'm surprised at how much these machines just keep revving up making power up top. I keep this one at work to go on the lunch rides.
I bought this xs750 gas tank a few years ago. It has just been sitting on my fire place. Haha
It was pretty cool to throw it on the bike for the first time. Feels good to finally be a part of the forum!
