Wanted - Looking for a frame with matching title!

Hello all!

I am on the hunt for a frame with a clear title. I recently bought a basket case however the frame doesn't have a title and Colorado laws seem to make it extremely difficult to get one. I'd rather just purchase a new frame with a clear title so I can get this build started. Let me know what you got! Thanks!
