Wanted - Looking for another bike project (East Coast)

Ready to build the next one. I've got the fever!!

Looking for something that loosely fits the following requirements:

• 1977+ year
• mostly complete
• running. doesn't have to run good, but it has to run
• original frame and swingarm. no hard tail
• no crazy part replacements like carbs off a ford or anything like that
• located within 400mi of 23601
• cosmetic condition and rust everywhere not important as long as the bike is solid
• affordable

Now, I know that the word affordable is highly subjective, but I am looking for something in the $300-500 range (or less). Seems batty I know. Especially with seized boat anchors going for $300 on "the ebays". Just wanted to give it a shot and see if anyone wanted to let go of something in their stock.

Oooops...missed the 400 mile maximum. Shoot, what's another 200 miles...and $150?
