Wanted - Looking for stock '81 carbs

I need to find a pair of stock carbs for an '81 XS as my bike didn't come with any.

Any BS 34's from 1980 on will do nicely Tom as a function of being well cleaned and in good operating order. For that matter so will BS 38's from the earlier years if you have the proper carb holder boots, clamps to match.

This type is what you're looking for to be model year consistent with BS 34's. Blue

Blue the picture shows 1980 BS34s. The 81's have side screw bowl drains. They are completely interchangeable. The 80s also have brass floats, the 81s are foam. 82 83 Heritage special carbs are also the same but have black painted bodies and a remote choke lever.

Thanks G's....Good points all I'm sure. BS 34's and me are not as well acquainted as the 38's. In fact I've never had any. Every set I've worked with has been pre-80's.
