losing oil? not sure where. any ideas?

i put around 100 miles on my bike the other day. before i left i topped of the oil. after riding 100+/- i am about 1/2 quart low. i am not the bike smoke. and i dont see any oil leaks. the bike runs great. i have about 1000 miles on a top end rebuiuld. new valves seals, new rings, pistons, all new gaskets. the compression is good , bikes starts first kick. any ideas?

Mine is doing the same thing. I've narrowed it down to valve stem seals. When it's on the stand, I can rev it up and see it smoking. I finally have a leak free motor now though.

When my oil starts disappearing I know it's time to tighten up my drive sprocket again. There's a seal behind it that leaks if the nut isn't tight. The oil doesn't drip but seemingly disappears into nowhere... Although under the cover is very oily.
