max rear shock length

HI all,
Im building a tracker with a Radeon swing arm. the shock mounts are slightly back from stock 15- 20 mm I am 6 ft 3 and would like to raise the rear somewhat will i have any problems with 1- 2 inch lift?

Stock eye-to-eye free length for 1974 and forward is 12.75". Steering starts to feel better at 13.25" (quicker and more linear). Michael Morse likes 14" shocks on his race bike. Haven't heard from anyone using shocks taller than 14".
