Hey guys there's been a lot of talk lately about a get together so I tought we should get a thread going. Bike and roll is in a couple weeks and that sounds pretty cool. We will be there camping all weekend.
then there is muskegon bike time. Thats huge but basically a stock harley show. Ill be there probally only one day.
the best is chopperfest at 131 dragway. You need to plan on camping if possible. Its a blast and more suited to our kind of bikes. We will be there Thursday - Sunday.
for any local grand rapids guys we go to bike night every Tuesday night at "the score" on northland dr.

Don't forget about the vintage bike show in Hickory Corners at the Gilmore Care Museum http://www.gilmorecarmuseum.org/assets/files/2011%20Cycle%20Flyer%20FINAL%20A.pdf. The ride out there is real nice, great show and 100s of classic bikes. This year I plan on setting up a vender booth in the swap area, cleaning out my stock pile of xs650 parts. I will also be selling a bike or two. Getting married in the fall and I need money for the Honeymoon .

Went to Chopper Fest two years ago. Lots of drunk biker dudes, ladies flashing there boobies, live music, drag races and cool bikes. Thursday night is the Vintage show. I know I can't make that, cause I'll be at Cub Scout Day camp with my son. Possibly for the weekend though...

Never heard of it before, but the I-96 speedway is like 15 miles away from my house! I have no excuse not to go. If you end up going, let me know. We could meet up for sure.

Also coming up is Thunder on the Grand (http://www.thunderonthegrand.com/ . Went last year and it was kinda small and lame. This year they are really promoting it, so who knows. It's in Ionia, like 10 miles away from my house. I'll probably go to this too, that weekend the kids are with the ex, and my GF will be out of town for work.. Crazy to get a weekend to myself...

There's also the STURGIS TOY RUN www.sturgistoyrun.com in Sturgis, MI later in the summer... late Aug or Early September.. IIRC.... I will be attending that, and hopefully the CHOPPERFEST @131

Bikenroll was supposed to be 3 days of tribute bands and bikes but they just updated on facebook that they canceled the event (for the second time in a year).
local GR guys don't forget blues on the mall downtown on Wednesday nights this summer. Seen a few XS guys there last year.

Was way too busy for the Eeasy Rider Rodeo in Follerville last weekend.
A small show I go to every year about 5 miles away from my house is the Hotrods and Harleys event in Mulliken MI http://www.hotrods-n-harleys.com/.

I don't think I'll be showing anything this year. I got my kids next weekend, so if anything I'll take them to see the GR Motorcycle Stunt Team.
