Looks like bobberadam has it right if you flip the rockers and put the tubes in the holes that are spaced wider it looks right. The tubes should parallel or close to it once you have the weight of the bike on it. Looks like the same springer on his bike to me.

i ditched the springer, went for a ironhead drum in the rear and a 21 inch rim laced to a harley ironhead hub. waiting for spokes and rim to arrive and then ill put some meat on the rims and start a new thread. thanks!
