more info abouth osting pics on photobucket

I've been started my first build

did someone know why?
why i cannot have big picture in my post like other guys?

You have those pictures hosted on photobucket and it looks like they are small on photobucket too. Did you scale them down before you uploaded then to photobucket?

i upload directly from my computer where is it actually normal! then it become small like that?

I found it in setting but it have to upload all again.... and edit my pics in my post

Now you have the opposite problem. The one pic I viewed the details of was 3,264px × 2,448px (scaled to 800px × 600px) and over 3mb and they take forever to load. Especially for people on slower connections and it could be a problem for people on mobile phones that don't have unlimited bandwidth. Loading just the first page of your thread with about 45 pictures at over 3MB each would use more data than a lot of people use on their phone in a month.

If you remove the ~original form each image code, the pictures are 1,024px × 768px and only about 150kb each.

I don't use photobucket, but I would imagine they provide links for multiple sizes of each photo. Don't use the original because they are too big.
