Wanted - Motorcyle Mechanic in Hamilton Ontario?

Hello,

I'm working on a 79 XS 650 and I need a mechanic to certify the bike when the work is complete.

Right now, I just need to know what would pass / fail, then, I'll do the work and get the certification done in the spring.

Anyone in Hamilton can do the paperwork and tell me what would pass?
