Mounting rotor to hub?

I have a front hub that has no rotor mounts? I bought the bike with no front brake and want to add one, but the hub is clean with no mounts for the rotor. Any ideas?

Sounds like a '72 hub. The rotor didn't bolt to that one, it mounted on a carrier that fit into slots on the hub. That was an oddball one year set-up. It would be best to find a later front hub.
