Got the covers all polished & on, the side mount plate on, shift & brake linkage done & kickstand shorted for a final time and on. Also, striped and primed the tank. Now just need to figure out who will paint it and it will be done. Sure!

I am REALLY liking this build. I picked up my first XS a month or two ago. Right now I just want it running. But I haven't gotten a clear picture of how I want the finished product to turn out. However, this is nearly what I am thinking! Really nice. I can't wait to see it all together.

Thank you. I also cant wait for it to be done.
The painter I had set up fell through. So, now I need to figure out what I am going to do with that. I have painted before but it is not my favorite thing to do. Hopefully I figure it out soon.

Yes it was. I have been out of it. I have not been on here for a while. I posted the pics that I have. I need to get it out and cleaned up to get some good shots of it. Turned out how I wanted it to more or less. Now I know what to do on the next one. :thumbs-up:
