So I found a pretty straight forward wiring diagram on the Interweb and I know this has been brought up before but im having trouble with the wiring from the alternator to the rectifier. Do the whites from the alternator matter what whites on the rectifier? I attached an image and circled what I'm talking about. Can this diagram be simplified? Thanks in advance.

No but I would go buy a TC BROTHER wire kit for your year to make it easy. I tell everyone who buys one of my harness kits to buy one. All new wires no problem
