It's an ordinary M8 (I think) bolt. Whichever size is standard with the 10mm hex head. About an inch long.
Nothing special, you probably have a couple laying around if you've been around bikes much.
There should be a fairly large flat washer (sometimes called a fender washer) under it that covers the rubber donut the rear of the tank drops down over.

An MC battery terminal bolt with a 1/4" fender washer works fine in a pinch.
