Hello everyone, I am going to replace the rear 16" rim and 48 spokes on my 1982 XS650SJ Heritage Special (hub is good), but I need your help please to understand the best replacement rim to use because I am finding different sizes:
So the OEM rim is out of production, but the fiche says RIM part number 94427-16300-00 is sized as "2.75X16 inches"

Mikes XS has two 16" / 48 spoke rims available, one is "2.15x16 inches" and the other is "2.5x16 inches"

Mikes XS says that the 2.50 is larger than OEM (?) and quotes the original size as 2.15x16 inches (?). I may be missing something here, or perhaps an error on Mike's.
I think the fische is the correct dimension, but it seems then that Mike's doesn't offer a 2.75x16 which is original size.
A bit confused but I'm hoping some of you may be able to shed some light?
