Am picking up a 1971 today. It's a little rough , but I'm up to the challenge. I love the color of that year. I already need parts. I need a 1712 key first of all. Also a left side cover. I'll need stock seat and pipes . Also will need to get it repainted. Wish me luck. Any advice will be appreciated . Regards Cpkid.

welcome, glad you found the site.

when you get her home snap some pics and post em up.

you planning a full restoration or just enough to get it looking decent and rideable?

Not to good with photo bucket yet hope this works.
Yellers running now. Put on 2 new tires. Took it out on my street and she shifts smooth and runs great. Need to wire up flashers and get stock seat. All stock and works. Bought it to flip . Wonder what it's worth ? Might keep it because it's sweet. Also pipes aren't stock.

Yes thanks I got my key from him. Couldn't do much without the key.
