Hey guys! I have been looking for an XS650 for a while and finally found the right bike!
One owner, one mechanic, 30k miles, all original (from what I can tell), still has dealer sticker on the fender and the dealer key fob. Time to bust out the torch! (<joke :) )

Plan is to go for a chopperish look, but buy replacements parts to cut up so the originals can be saved.

Already added Biltwell Friscos, Oury grips, and Honda Rebel shocks 10.5".

Next up ditch the sissy bar for a grab bar, smaller indicators, chop another stock fender for a new brake light, and get a kick lever to chop up and add a nice brass harley kick pedal.

Probably do a top end rebuild (head gasket is leaking a bit) and PMA kit over the winter.

And for gits and shiggles, my other bike, a 73' Honda CL175 Cafe Racer :bike:

Don't know, one of many deliberations.

I'm either going to reuse it and make a king and queen seat or I'm going to find another stock seat and chop the passenger part of the pan so it follows the frame rails but leave the driver seat stock so I can use the hinges and locking mechanism, in which case I would use neither the grab bar or sissy bar.

Either way I'm probably keeping it ;)
